Vegetable Rava upma(V): Semolina roasted and cooked with vege- tables, coconut, spices and coconut oil. This is usually eaten as break- fast/ tea time snack, but makes a great part of a meal.
Eat it by itself or with the coconut chutney(which is how I like it)

- Goes great with white rice!
Vegan Dal “Makhani”(V)(GF)- Kidney beans, black eyed peas and lentils cooked in coconut milk, coconut oil and spices. Who says Dal makhani can't be made vegan and delish??

Gajar ka Halwa(GF): A dessert made with carrots and cooked down with milk topped with cashew nuts and raisins. This is usually made way sweeter than I like it. This is my version of one of India’s most famous dessert.
