Butternut Squash Soup with coconut milk (V)(GF)- My take on the classic butternut squash soup. Its delicious and oh so satisfying !! A big Thanksgiving hit, in my family.

Kadalai Sunda- Black chickpeas salad(V)(GF). - I use the word “Salad” loosely. I love snacking on this through the day. Black chickpeas tossed with coconut and spices 

Eat by itself 


Cauliflower masala poriyal(V)(GF) - Cauliflower cooked in coconut milk, onion, tomatoes and spices. Has a bit of heat to it. Yummmm 
- Eaten by itself or with the chapatis 


Gajar ka Halwa(GF): A dessert made with carrots and cooked down with milk topped with cashew nuts and raisins. This is usually made way sweeter than I like it. This is my version of one of India’s most famous dessert.
